Do I need to be an experienced diver to join?
No, as long as you're in good health and hold at least an Open Water certification (or equivalent), you're welcome to join most expeditions. Not sure? Just reach out and we'll advise you.
Can I bring my own dive gear or camera?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own equipment. We recommend bringing any gear you are comfortable diving with. Cameras and underwater photography equipment are very welcome on all expeditions.
How does the payment work?
A deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due closer to the expedition date. Payment details and deadlines are shared with you after registration is confirmed.
What happens if the weather is bad or a dive is cancelled?
Safety is our top priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe, dives may be rescheduled or replaced with alternative activities. Persistent bad weather that significantly affects the expedition is handled on a case-by-case basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies per expedition. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but the remaining balance may be refunded if you cancel with sufficient notice. Full details are included in your expedition booking agreement.
Can I bring someone who doesn't dive?
Our expeditions are designed primarily for certified divers. However, feel free to reach out to us to discuss your situation and we will explore what options may be available.
